In our recent trip to LA we had the chance to sit down and interview YoungKio who produced 'Old Town Road' for Lil Nas X. This young producer from the Netherlands has a dope story of how he started making beats and created a Beatstars account in hopes of making enough money from selling beats online to pay for his membership.
He got much more than he bargained for when rapper Lil Nas X purchased a beat from his beat store and used it to create the massive hit Old Town Road, which will generate him millions in royalties and publishing.
